I heard about Betterhelp on a program on Utube.. A woman had a traumatic event while travelling and had called Betterhelp. She had said how helpful they had been to her. I remembered that when I was having a couple of issues in my life.. They matched me with a really great Therapist. The cost was affordable since im on a pension that was a deciding factor. Betterhelp is the best and have really helped me . I would recommend it to anyone. Its the best place to go if you need help.

I love that there is many options for therapy due to my schedule. I am not always able to go in to a office. The therapist are very supportive and helpful. I like that my therapist checks on me and we can message each other if needed.

I was an in need of therapy, under a tremendous amount of stress. I reached out to Betterhelp.com and was assigned a therapist whom I absolutely love. I would highly recommend using Betterhelp if you are able to!

Betterhelp has been a godsend. The ease and convenience and quickness of finding someone suitable for your needs it's like another. I was matched with a therapist that suits my needs based on the survey or tried I filled out. And the therapist I recieved, although I have none other to compare them to, made me feel perfect I would say in the sense when it comes to emotional judgment. BetterHelp is the the s***.

Therapy is uncomfortable. And in most cases expensive. Sometimes it is hard to share how you are really feeling when you have someone staring into your eyes with possible judgment. Better help just makes these things easier. I highly recommend BetterHelp. I speak to my therapist once a week on the phone. And in between our calls we email back and fourth. I have been utilising the journal section quite a bit and it is helping me better myself.

This is the second week since I reached out to betterhelp for refund. To this date there has been three blank emails from them, claiming that their representatives had spoken to me but I have not heard from them even once. As you can see the request for refund was ignored and the replacement of sessions were only ever mentioned here in the reviews for public to see. When I try to arrange for more sessions they required me to subscribe and pay again. Mind you I've paid for USD 520 for 2 X 4 week cycles. And I've only gotten 2 sessions with 2 different therapists due to the fact that their therapists become unavailable for live sessions after each time. Please mark my word and keep your money in your wallet. Betterhelp is not here to help. Go find help somewhere else. You can read the reviews on Reddit, betterhelp is a scam. Edit: I have called my bank to check. Betterhelp has issued a refund for my second 4-week cycle. The first 4-week cycle was only met with 2 sessions with 2 different therapists. Although I am relieved to be getting part of my losses recovered, I wish that people are aware of this and that betterhelp looks into the issue with the therapists. We deserve better services and I hope we don't have to go through so much to be asking for a refund.

I had a great experience with my most recent therapist. I plan on returning, I just have to quit temporarily for financial reasons
