The platform is easy to get set up on, easy to use. Getting connected with a therapist that has matching needs, availability and style is easy to accomplish. I appreciate the video sessions, it allows for direct connection similar to in person office sessions but with more availability. Once the right therapist is found, it’s an invaluable way to work through challenges and navigate life.

The subscription model for therapy is a scam. Very unhappy to pay for 4 live sessions with a therapist and receive only 2. If you work a job, or have a vacation or do anything outside of the home that can affect your availability it's not the right option.

Better help is great. I like I have quick access to a therapist. I would give a 5 star but the reason I gave a 4 is because I would like to see opportunity to be able to sit one on one with a therapist. Talking and video calling just isn’t the same when you’re trying to better yourself in life. Nothing like being physically present with another person that you’re looking up to for direction.

Better help is a scum. They are parasites that are wiling to live on your suffering. They will bombard you with ads to make you believe that you are depressed, then once you fall in their trap they will charge you loads of money, and you will not receive any help. This is scum, if you need help talk to a friend, go to the gym, do yoga, dancing, boxing...
