Great platform, it's accessible from anywhere.

I recommend Betterhelp to EVERYONE! My therapist is wonderful and is such a good match for me. The only negative is that I didn’t try Betterhelp sooner! I even told my doctors so they could recommend to other patients!

Been great on individual level, but when I want to expand to couples therapy, it has been extremely difficult to set up separate account.

BetterHelp has been a literal godsend. The ease with which I can access therapy, the quality of the therapists, and the easy to use platform is great! You also get access to group therapy and classes to help advance your mental health goals.

BetterHelp app is very easy to navigate and the therapist respond very quickly to chat messages and the appointment are convenient for whatever your busy schedule is. You can even upload photos of things you’ve accomplished and message it to the therapist to show progress on your goals. It’s been great for me.

They charged me 3000euro for a single session. No reply to emails about that, all I have left is legal action.

The therapist is top-notch; incredibly empathetic, careful to listen and hear, patient, thoughtful, professional, and helpful. There are many resources available at BetterHelp including presentations with a wide variety of subjects to chat sessions. So grateful this type of service was available when I needed it most. It is really helping my put my experience into perspective so I can get well again.

Counselor is excellent and I didn't have to take all day to travel. Site is easy to use
