BetterHelp is pretty straight forward to use and convenient. I also like that it is relatively affordable too. While insurance doesn’t cover it unfortunately, the lower cost and ease of use makes it well worth it.

My therapist is very thoughtful in her care. The app is easy to use and convenient for me. I can choose to text session, a phone call session or a video session. I think this is very good because some people prefer to message, so it caters to all. I believe you can switch to a different therapist anytime you want as well. But I'm happy with my therapist so far. Only licensed therapist are on the app so everything is professional. I'd say if you use this app, you'll be in good hands.

I have had a great experience with Better Help. After a year of therapy in person locally, I decided that it wasn't the right fit for me, but I still needed help with a situation in which I felt stuck. My therapist through BH is a better fit for me AND I can write to her in between scheduled sessions, which for me is a huge plus because I process better in writing sometimes. I only wish that BH was covered by my insurance!

BetterHelp has been an amazing resource as I navigate loss of income from a business and looking for a job and the depression, anxiety and low confidence and hope that come along with being in this situation.

I love that this platform offers phone, chat, or video therapy options, along with the ability to message your therapist at any time. The classes helped me grow and learn the most as compared to other therapy journeys I have done before. This time I took the time to discover more about myself by learning more through the classes. It also allowed me to truly by open and honest with my therapist. This allowed me to discover a few more pieces of my puzzle. I am so grateful for BetterHelp and my chance I took on them.

The therapist is a good mirror of how the company is doing. My therapist, Lydia Jenkins, is easy to speak to, understands what I am saying and feeling and is empathic to my situation. She helps me identify my good qualities and how to mitigate the things that bother me in life. It is a great experience and only after two sessions, I already feel better. Looking forward for my next session.
