Easy access to BetterHelp makes it the most important therapeutic experience I have had looking for a therapist. I was able to change therapists when the first one did not resonate with me. I like the month to month as well. I can take a break when my finances make it necessary and come right back to Michelle - so really there is not break in my therapeutic process. The price is also right and the possibility of a reduction if applicable. Being a pensioner this was really important for me.

We have been unable to use the service due to the limited options of appointment times proposed to us - we need evenings and weekends as working parents. We feel that we have been taken advantage of and scammed as we have been auto charged despite booking NO appointments. We should be refunded as NO services have been used since signing up (it took longer for us to input information then be sent messages). Payments should be taken once appointments are scheduled and this should be made clear. A choice for appointment times to match to therapists should be provided. This has been useless and created further disruption to our home environment.

The thing that’s incredible about “Better Help” is how quickly they can start getting you help! I created an account, answered some questions and had a match with a therapist within 2 days. I had my first session within a week, and we have weekly sessions. I’d strongly recommend Better Help to anyone who needs it!

I have been using this service for more than a year and it has helped me so much. The chat option is extremely helpful for me because I am more likely to be honest without needing to just be a people pleaser. This is a wonderful service and I am so happy with it!

I am very confused. I paid for 4 sessions. They don’t give you an option to pay as you go. So only after 2 sessions I can’t log into my account and they are asking me for another payment for another 4 sessions. I emailed them hopefully they either reimburse me for my 2 sessions or they allow me to schedule. Like why am I being asked for another Payment when I haven’t finished all my sessions. Shameful

I have been using BetterHelp and my therapist is the best person. She actually cares and wants to help me. I would not want any other therapist or company to help me.
