Highly capable therapist , with the ability to send a text whenever I need to ( she can respond as she’s available). Also all the free online classes I want to sign up for every week. Well worth the cost, incredibly convenient. I can do chores while listening to the class, and have my kids in the next room watching a movie while I’m in the kitchen getting some Better Help! Praise God for this platform!

I'm only using BetterHelp thanks to Eminem's last MV. He gave us a month of free theraphy to use and it's been extremely helpful so far. I've heard some complaints about some therapists but my therapist has been great. I definitely recommend it. My only concern is the price, I have to cancel it after the free month. If I had the money, I would LOVE to keep the subscription. So, long story short, you can trust BetterHelp and change your therapist even if you want to.

Betterhelp is accessible, convenient, and offers a large amount of flexibility for customers with varying needs and schedules. My experience with my therapist has been comparable to and in some ways better than more traditional therapy options that I have trialled in the past. Especially given that I can access the service from the comfort of my own home, a huge bonus that other therapy services do not offer.

My issue isn't with the therapists on betterhelp, it's the app itself. The therapists are fantastic and do an outstanding job, however the cost for betterhelp I feel is too much. You don't get a set amount of sessions like you do with other therapy routes, instead you can only book one session at a time and try and see if there'll be another session that will suit you the following week

Better help is a great platform for anyone seeking therapy. I never thought I needed therapy but I was matched with a therapist that helped identify my need, listened to me and created a safe space where I could be vulnerable and this really helped me discover myself in a different light

It is great for people who are not sure if they need or want that type of help. It is also great for people who do not want other people to know they need to use these types of services. BetterHelp is great for those who are constantly on the go and busy and works with a wide variety of schedules. I enjoy using BetterHelp because it allows me to not have to leave my home and gives several options on what works best for me and my needs. I also enjoy the group classes they have available as well as journaling.
