Game Changer
This therapy platform has been a game changer for me. The various ways of getting help through one-on-one sessions, groups, and classes has really provided me with a comprehensive and affordable program.

Great app
Great app, takes a few tries to find the right therapist but don’t give up. There are lots of gems on the app. The reps will also help you with any queries.

Terrible website
Terrible website, a shambles. Refused to recognise my password and failed 7 times to send re-set link. Do not use them. I guess they aren't that concerned about getting you better help.

Surprisingly helpful
I was between therapists when my insurance wasn’t accepted by my provider and she changed practices. I joined Better Help when I became unexpectedly unemployed and I got tired of calling the crisis line weekly. I didn’t expect much from a commercial therapy platform, but it feels like my therapist is really vested in me. Highly recommend.

Appropriate Support When I Needed It Most
This intervention help has come to me at a time when I very much needed it. I was matched with a therapist who was very helpful…a perfect match in so many ways. We clicked instantly and I feel very heard and supported. Also very affordable. Thank you!

Money over People! SHAME ON YOU
I don't understand why you have not been replying to my emails and following my instruction, following billing. I have used this service in the past and you where very accommodating. This feels like a huge shame, and if you had simply refunded December back to me as I requested I would be continuing to use the platform. I will also be reviewing you online, very aggressively, as you have prioritized money over clients support. Which is a huge shift from two years ago, and this tells me this has been a choice rather than a "system or practise" issue. VERY DISAPPOINTING, SHAME ON YOU.

BetterHelp - Great Value
BetterHelp is great. It has helped me get access to the mental health care I need. My only critique about it is that it has a lot of mediocre therapists and it took some time to find the right one, but I finally did, and will be continuing on this platform as long as my therapist is here.
