BetterHelp is the absolute best…
BetterHelp is the absolute best platform to find a therapist that matches your needs entirely! I recommend this platform to anyone that is searching for help.

Not fraudlent but misleading, they did refund me
Not fraudlent but misleading - they did refund me though. Not being upfront with automatic costs, not being clear with where the meetings are held, no instructions along the way and little to no information. It is definitely a model to make money for the owners, more than anything. ---- They refund me, and were very helpful along that process - I´m sure this was an exception, and they usually help many of their clients.

We try to be very clear about how memberships are billed upfront, and also send more information via email as soon as the first payment is processed. BetterHelp has been great but expensive
BetterHelp has been great. I got a wonderful therapist recently Rachael and she’s challenged me in all the right ways. So glad I found her. Downside of BetterHelp is that it’s very expensive. We’re paying about $600 combined for my husband and myself.

BetterHelp is an unethical company. They aren't good for the clients or the therapist.

My experience with BetterHelp
My experience with BetterHelp has been wonderful! The platform makes therapy convenient, accessible, and easy to incorporate into everyday life. Finding a therapist who truly understands and supports me has made such a positive difference in my life. I’m incredibly grateful for the experience and would absolutely recommend BetterHelp to anyone looking to prioritize their mental and emotional well-being!

Go somewhere else! You've been warned
My therapist has always been amazing (this is my 2nd time using them). The issue is their incompetent customer success team. I requested a week refund due to my therapist being on holiday. They decided to fully cancel my subscription, cancel my booked in sessions and have left me with me no therapist. I beyond appalled at what has gone on and due to their incompetent customer success team I'd strongly advise against using them. The therapist are amazing but the customer success team are a disgrace and need to learn how to read simple email requests!
