I really like my therapist and she is a good match for me. I really like that I can do the therapy over the phone without worrying about video conferencing. It makes things very easy for me. My therapist is also very flexible with her time, making therapy useful and not just a burden

Biggest waste of money, time and energy. Reasons being: My therapists (I worked with two) postponed sessions multiple times, didn’t list their holidays / availability correctly so when I booked a session (this happened more than once) they had to ask me to move it. I joined a group trauma therapy session online & it was so incredibly triggering that I had to spend several hours afterwards just trying to calm down. I spent close to £700 on therapy sessions over just 3 months and had only 4 sessions in total! This is because the monthly renewal process takes a flat fee no matter if you’re actually in receipt of the sessions. For someone who is depressed and struggling with self organising this is a very unfair system. It ought to be pay per session; with a cancellation fee of course, but to protect the customer there should be easily accessible adjustments. Better Help reimbursed me for some of my lost money after I left this review. They didn’t message me to let me know this was happening, so it felt a bit like a bribe. It’s not just about the money though. The quality of therapeutic support I received was not up to par.

This site is a total scam. I paid $9.99 for 1 product and $17 and change for another product. They still have not sent them to me. They have not sent me download instructions either. Products are nowhere to be found on what they claim as my account page. They have tried to get me to agree to send them between seventy and ninety tw dollars a week for a therapist. I'm not giving them any more money. I don't trust them.They can't even provide two reading products that I paid for. This is a scam, Don't waste your money. I'm out twenty seven dollars. Save yours.
