Easy to use especially when you are honest. I recommend this app even on a budget. If you are hesitant just do it you will not regret it.

DO NOT REGISTER WITH THIS RIP OFF COMPANY. They do not inform you that you are not charged for number of sessions but as an online service. I reduced my sessions from 4 a month to 2 a month and thought that would reduce my bill, as I could not afford to pay as Iam a 77 year old pensioner. They charged me 200 euors for the next months and when i realised and informed them that I no longer could afford their services and wished to stop my membership they continued to charge me in December. A decent member of staff agreed re-imbursement and agreed that i was cancelling my membership which i informed them abotu plus went on line and cancelled. THEY STILL THEN CHARGED ME 170 EUROS FOR A NON EXISTANT SERVICE WHICH HAD BEEN CANCELLLED FOR JANUARY. I have again cancelled my membership and requested they confirm i am no longer a client in February plus get a refund but still do not know the outcome. My therapist was vey nice but it is the company, their account department and their computerised system is geared just to take noney from peopple however vulnerable. Iam a 77 year old pensioner on remission from cancer and they cont care. I am now out of pocket and extremely upset. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR OWN MENTAL HEALTH

I never believed in therapy. In a down time on my life, reluctant to visit a therapist in person, I decided to try on line, and I found BetterHelp. I am happy I did it.

Best part is being able to choose your therapist and change instantly in the event it doesn’t work out. No plans to cancel my subscription soon!! My life is blooming too much for me to not have help seeing all the beauty!
