No assistance received at all. Received an AI text and not a real therapist. Don't recommend.

I love Better Help, I just wish I could do longer therapy sessions than 45 minutes, especially for the first few sessions so my therapist can have enough time to gather information and get to know me.

I like that BetterHelp sent plenty of reminders and gave me a chance to cancel or reschedule as I needed. Scheduling appointments were extremely easy. The best part was that I had a therapist, Karen who cared. She checked on me even when we didn't have a scheduled suggestion. She was easy to talk to and she really helped me navigate some of the hardest experiences in my life.

They know their stuff and will listen and help you out.

I absolutely love Better Help! The sign up for it was simple and straightforward. I loved that they ask what you want to work on and focus on to improve. After signing up I received my therapist with in a few hours, faster than they said it would take. Now after my sessions, they ask if I would like to keep my therapist or request a different one. The price is a bit much for me personally but I will say it is money well spent! I haven't been using this service for very long but im already seeing a difference in my day to day life.

Shari’s counsel with me was so helpful. She listened carefully to what I had to share and she responded with helpful information and guidance. Her questions were appropriate and provided insight and useful direction.
