BetterHelp has been instrumental in helping me get through the hard time I’m going through. I found an appointment within 2 days and my therapist is amazing and really shows that she cares about me. I can text her throughout the week between sessions and she usually responds the same day. She checks on me via text and I am able to add a group session each week for extra help or add a second individual session when big issues come up for just $25. The flexibility and mobility of having this on my phone is the only reason I’ve been able to get this much help. I’m so glad for this service.
