The convenience and peace of mind, knowing I am working with a licensed professional are what drew me to BetterHelp. The compassion I feel from my therapist and my personal growth are what are keeping me going.

I was struggling with anxiety and marital problems. It came to a point that I needed advice. I'm for therapy, its a great source to be able to have an unbiased opinion help set you straight or confirm what you're going through. I kept seeing Better Helps ads on Facebook and given COVID19, knew any counselor locally wouldn't be available. I filled out the questionnaire and paid the $180 ($45 a session, a week, which is really cheap) and it was the best decision. The platform is user friendly and easily accessible too, which is a plus. I'm grateful. Everyone needs help at times. My advice, if you're thinking about counseling, do it. You will not regret it.

Awesome app and terapyst love it fast answer and help to any bodys needs

This is the first time I've tried therapy, as several of my friends have tried it and had difficulty finding a good therapist. Recent job-related stressors + COVID have put a major strain on my relationship with my partner, and I heard an ad for BetterHelp on a podcast. I decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did. Their brief survey helped pair me with a wonderful therapist. Each session is an hour long, and the cost is very reasonable. I am impressed with the level of professionalism in the BetterHelp service; before every session I schedule with my therapist, I receive multiple reminders, and afterward I receive a brief satisfaction survey to ensure that this therapist is the right fit for me. If you're on the edge of deciding whether or not to pursue therapy, this is a very easy way to give it a try. I'd recommend this to anyone (and have already recommended to several family members and friends).

The only thing that makes me give a 4 star instead of 5, is when my month expires and if I cant pay for another month yet due to money, I wont be able to tell my therapist. Sp he sends me messages that I can read, but I cant reply.

Betterhelp is a great avenue for seeking counseling and also having support through groupinars on various topics like, self-esteem, self confidence and whole bunch of others.

My counselor at Betterhelp.com has truly impacted my life for the better. The video chats are fantastic and she takes the time to listen and offer me productive and helpful insight into new opportunities for me see things from a different point of view. I am grateful for this service and my counselor.

Betterhelp has been a very valuable experience for me. Its affordable, and utilizing both messaging and video sessions has worked well with my schedule.
