I was very hesitant to try BetterHelp or to even seek help but I’m glad I did. I was matched with a counsellor that I got along great with, and if you feel that counsellor doesn’t match what you’re looking for - you can easily switch! It is cheaper than most therapy out there and you can cancel/subscribe any time without any penalty. Very easy to use and takes a lot of pressure off. If you have a busy schedule or simply sitting face to face with a therapist isn’t for you - this will be. Reply when it’s convenient, and schedule sessions on top of that. It’s a counsellor in your pocket/on the go.

This is a great service. I had held off from seeing a counselor for years because I was overthinking the whole process and felt afraid to open myself up. My current counselor is awesome and makes me feel very comfortable, which is a big plus for me. I also like that I can do all of this virtually, considering what's going on right now in the world. It makes me feel safe. I have told many friends about this service because I believe everyone should have therapy sessions. We all deal with a lot on the daily basis regarding work and personal life. It's okay to ask for help sometimes.

During this time of the pandemic and social unrest, it has been very useful to think about emotional health. While I lack experience in counseling online or otherwise, I have found that having someone who listens without judgment or personal baggage is a huge step to improving mood and emotional health. BetterHelp has become an important step in that journey.

BetterHelp is so wonderful. Best way for me to do counselling as it is convenient and comfortable. The counsellors are kind, understanding, and wise. The staff at BetterHelp support are super helpful as well and I couldn’t recommend these guys more!! Seriously, so grateful for this app and all its helped me accomplish.

The experience with better help is enjoyable. The webinars are helpful, the counselor is well trained and a great help for me to sort things out with my life.

I'm in desperate need of help and everywhere I went I couldn't afford it. Then I came here and I got on a financial aid plan and I was connected with a person who seems to already know me and my troubles. They're always available with many options to have success in my sessions. This is the place I want and need to be.

My experience with Betterhelp, has been truly a huge blessing. This group has amazing professional Therapists. You would swear they were Hand Picked just for you...I reccomend that if you're not feeling well.....You have now come to the RIGHT place!! I know I have !!

Although there's been controversies about Betterhelp on YouTube and other places, in my case it's been very helpful to me(I don't have any medical or diagnosed histories). My counselor is patient and would suggest what I actually need instead of what I want to hear. I eventually got comfortable enough to express my issues and receive possible solutions to them. Personally, I have benefited a lot from the service.
