*Update: I finally received the missing weights and they added a free yoga mat. I appreciate the follow through. I love the equipment, but as someone who works in the freight industry, the company needs a better logistics team/person. Use tracking device if you're having issues with missing shipments or choose better carriers. Many things can happen from point to point but if not fixed, it will happen more often. They were urgent after I posted this original review. I ordered the bundle (5-50lb dumbells, rack and bench). When I received the order, it was missing the 5lb and10lb pairs and one 40lb. I contacted them about it and received a promptly response to figure out what went wrong and saying the missing weights would be sent after shipping audit. 2 months later and have not received anything nor an update. I reached out twice the past few weeks and no response. Customer service started out promising but then failing on the follow-through. Nothing matters until the customer receives the products paid for. I would not recommend.

Great quality with their products. Their bench is super light but great durability. Their customer service is their to take care of your concerns and issues

Delay, claimed wrong address, delay, then said backordered. Only gave an extra star for responses and following through on the suggestion of a coupon. And then some more delay. Might be a good company caught in a supplier issue but won't be trying again as I can't afford to lose another 2-3 weeks.

I posted a review to the Better Body website; however, it has yet to appear. Judging by the consistent 5 star reviews I would assume this company only approves / makes visible its positive reviews. I was very excited about my adjustable dumbbell purchase, but I was quickly left disappointed. I have had my dumbbells for just under a week, they arrived on Saturday, and two days after use I noticed a crack in the plastic. Please note the dumbbells were not dropped. I also did not inspect them upon arrival so I cannot be certain if it was cracked at delivery. Since the product was brand new, I immediately emailed customer service. I was told they can “guarantee” (not sure how you can guarantee) that the product was not cracked at packing as they very carefully pack their product. I was asked if I would wait until a claim is filed with the courier, or worst case scenario, I would have to pay for a replacement dumbbell plus shipping. I was quite surprised by the notion to make the customer pay for a new product, showing the company’s lack of standing by their quality. When I received the product, the Better Body stickers applied to the product were peeling off. One, reflecting poorly on their brand and two, clearly an early indicator of the quality. When I was working out yesterday, the cap on the dial to adjust the weight popped off. Another indicator or poor quality. They say they offer a 2 year warranty (how about even a one week warranty?) but will find every reason to put their failure of their equipment on someone else instead of backing their quality. We purchase a lot of quality fitness equipment in our household and will not be purchasing from Better Body again due to this. UPDATE: I was pleased to have my concerns elevated to Better Body management, who is now sending me a replacement piece for the damaged product without waiting for the claim to be filed with the courier. Thank you Better Body! I look forward to receiving the new piece in the mail (I received a shipping notification) and hope to have no further issues. While initially dissatisfied, I was happy to have my concerns heard and remediated. Change in my initial 1 star review to 4 stars based on listening to the customer.

Purchased the dumbbell rack by accident. Cancelled the order within minutes. Have been waiting 5 weeks for a refund of the money and continue to get the run around about a refund. Last week it was their system was down, who knows what this weeks excuse will be. Starting to believe this is a scam company. Would not recommend.

James and the staff over at Better Body were amazing to work with. The quality of their equipment is just as good and if not even better than that which you will find in your local gym. I cannot recommend using Better Body highly enough. Excellent communication, fast shipping, and an amazing product. What more could you want?

Order came when expected and product was sturdy and ready for heavy use! Buy from this company WITH CONFIDENCE!
