Equipment is excellent and suffices for my needs. James was very helpful when I had questions or concerns. I had 3 damaged floor tiles that I took pictures of and he had them processed for replacement. The third party delivery systems seems to be an ongoing issue for people so not sure about what can be done about preventing damaged equipment and such.

I ordered the 5-100lbs set of Hex Dumbbells with 2 racks. A 3rd party freight delivery company delivered only 2 pallets with 2 weight racks & 5-75lbs dumbbell set but was missing the 80-100lbs. James from Better Body customer service contacted me the same day I notified them about the missing sets of dumbbells. He was able to check the tracking of the package & contacted the 3rd party delivery services & was able to locate the 3rd missing package & prioritized the missing pallet. Less than 3 days (over the weekend) it came on Monday morning. He was very transparent & emailed me the messages he had with the delivery company & updated me in the entire process. He was also very patient & professional. If I could give a 6 or 7 star for the customer service I would. Thank you James and thank you Better Body.
