I ordered two lateral flow tests for my husband and myself before our trip knowing we would need them on our return to the UK and happily went off to Tenerife. Things changed days in to the holiday with the new Covid varient arriving and PCR tests now being required. I emailed Better2know to ask if it would be possible to change my original order from lateral flow to PCR tests and received a very nice reply saying that was certainly possible. However, in the mean time my sister ordered two for me when she ordered hers prior to her departure to Mexico with another company. So once again I emailed Better2know to explain my situation and asked if my order could be cancelled altogether. Shortly afterwards, I received another lovely email confirming my order had been cancelled and a full refund would be in my account with a few days.....great service and done in a professional but friendly way. So many thanks to Holly and Louise for your help in this matter. Because of the way this problem was dealt with, I would use Better2know for future tests should they be required. Linda

I booked a lateral flow test prior to departure to the US on the 17 November 2021. With the rules having now changed I want to change this to a pcr test. I have emailed better2know three times using the different contact options they offer as to how I can do this and have had no response. I am due to fly back the UK on the 6 December 2021 and need to get this sorted. Completing all the requirements need to fly during the pandemic is not straightforward and is quite stressful. The lack of response from this company just adds to this. My advice is do not use them.

My Day 2 test never arrived, and no refund was possible because "my PLF had already been issued". How on earth would I even enter the UK without a PLF? Talk about scams...

Due to change in travel requirements our day 2 lateral flow was not valid. They contacted me to upgrade to a PCR test but I had already booked one so a full refund was issued!!! Fantastic personal service. Very impressed. Will definitely use this company in the future

I ordered second day Lateral Flow Test before flying to London in November 2021. When I arrived to hotel, the test was already delivered. Louise guided through e- mails. Without any issue I uploaded test results and in 10-15 minutes certificate was sent to my mail. I recommend their services though when I ordered, I was hesitating as it was first time. Now on I will choose better2 service and recommend to everyone.

My day 2 test never arrived. Get the same response from "Louise " that it's on its way.. I returned on the 21st of November. Its now the 25th and no test. Avoid these scammers.
