The admin staff were welcoming, communicative, and organised my appointment promptly. Test results were returned within 4 days, which I appreciated.
Regarding cost, there are several pricing tiers: a standard comfort check panel at €300 and a comprehensive panel at €500. I chose the standard option, which in hindsight may not have fully addressed my needs.
My main concern is with the follow-up structure. A GP consultation is included - but only if test results come back positive. Because my results were negative, I was not eligible for this follow-up, despite still experiencing unresolved symptoms and health anxiety. This left me without the clinical support I needed to reach a clear resolution.
For anyone with ongoing concerns, I would suggest considering whether the included GP follow-up policy meets your needs before booking, or asking whether an additional consultation can be arranged regardless of results.

Friendly but test results are slow…
These guys are quite responsive and pleasant to deal with but the speed of the test results is slow.
The normal Royal Mail is used to send the results package rather than anything quicker which, bearing in mind people who take this test want to know ASAP, risks a lengthy delay.
I opted for the Test to Release package for £199.
Day 2 test was done and results given quick enough.
But the day 5 test to release was very slow. As I write this Sunday evening I am still waiting. I took the test Thursday morning and posted immediately. They confirmed the test was received only Saturday morning and then she told me they have another 48 hours to give the results. So this means I will hear results on Day 9!
For the high cost and monopoly that the private testers have here in the UK it’s a bit of a rip off that they cannot spend more on delivery costs to speed this up.
I came from France where testing to travel is free and results are known within 12 hours.
Overall disappointing on the test result speed.

The result was received (with delay), but a report is not available
I ordered a COVID-19 antibody kit for £139, which I received after 6 days. The blood collection guide was not so clear, and then I was also getting an error message when I was trying to register the date of my sample online. I tried to contact customer service several times regarding this problem, as I was previously informed that my sample will not be run if the date of collection is not registered online. I called and emailed them several times since four days ago, but I only got a reply yesterday night to acknowledge that they have received my emails, but still no answer regarding the problem with the registration of the date of the sample. Before buying the test, they had informed me that results will take up to 48 hours. However, they now say that the laboratory is very busy and they do not have an idea on when my results will be ready. I had posted my sample with royal mail special delivery as I needed these results urgently.
Update: after my complaint, my result was posted on my online account yesterday, with a delay of one day (3 days after the lab had received my sample). The result was a number for my antibodies titer (1.626) with the indication "very high", which made sense to me, as I was previously hospitalised with covid disease some months ago. However, when I asked for a copy of my report similarly to what we always receive for any blood analysis (indicating the details of the test, such as the date, the name of the laboratory, the range of values corresponding to low and high levels of antibodies etc), I was informed that a report is not available.

Dear Fay, As you paid £139 for a test this means that you choose the first class post service. This is not a tracked service. It is very unfair to blame us for not providing a tracking number when you choose not to buy that tracked service. We do have our dispatch sheets that show when kits were sent and you would have been emailed.
Thank you for confirming that you have now received the kit - I trust that you can confirm it was posted when we said it was.
The collection guide of a CE marked product is not our responsibility, and is not allowed to be ours under the regulations, but we can pass your comments on to the manufacturer.

Ignore the explanation file - see the VIDEO instead
Good service, except that the explanation file sent to me on how to get the blood sample was WRONG, resulting a unnecessary pain and delay. The explanation video was fine, and I managed to get the sample on a second attempt.
