The worst company ever! Done the test on Monday and received the results on Friday afternoon. So definitely is not a fast service and you easily can stay isolated for at least 4-5 days after arrival.

We have had such positive experiences with B2K. On this most recent occasion, unforeseen circumstances jeopardised the processing of our Fit to Fly certificates. Representatives we spoke to on the phone treated us with genuine concern and went to great lengths to help us resolve our issues. They got our kids onto their flight in the nick of time. I have been so impressed with the service Better2Know offer, such a speedy and reliable organisation. I travel a lot with my job and I am very grateful that I can rely on Better2know every time I fly. I have used them countless times for COVID testing this year.

I ordered 2 x Covid-19 Day 2 Rapid Antigen Lateral Flow tests from B2K on 27 Oct 21 in anticipation of a cruise departing 1 Dec 21. However, as we know the rules for travel changed on 27 Nov 21(during the weekend) which necessitated a change of test for entry into the UK. I ordered 2 x Day 2 PCR from Randox Health on the same day and contacted B2K, explaining my situation, and asked for a refund. I received an email from B2K on 1 Dec 21 confirming the cancellation of my order and that a refund would be made within 5-10 working days - which it did. Thank you to Louise, Holly and Karen at B2K for such great service.

Unbelievable - this company has blatantly sold me a PCR test for Day 2 testing on arrival back from holiday which didn’t arrive until 5 days after my return. After several emails (ignored) and phone calls where I was hung up on and then cut off when I redialled I was informed I would not be able to get a refund as I had used the PIN number to enter the UK. The test had been dispatched on 3/12/21 even though it was ordered on 23/11/21 but they can offer no explanation as to why it wasn’t dispatched earlier to achieve the Day 2 testing date. The last person I spoke to said he would transfer me to a manager to discuss the situation - only to leave me sitting on the line for 10 minutes. They should definitely be removed from the government listing.

I booked 2 x lateral flow tests with Louise Wright at better to know and was offered an upgrade for pcr tests at a reasonable rate, but unfortunately my wife and I do not have enough days annual holiday left to isolate until we get the result! I emailed Louise Wright and minutes later she told me that a refund within the next 10-14 days would be put back into my bank account! You can't get better service than that and will be intouch in February all being well as that's when we have deferred our holiday until! Thank you once again Vincent and Dawne Gibbons .
