Ordered the antigen test from Better2know prior to departure to Spain. Received an email confirming dispatch 2 days prior to returning. Nothing arrived to date and no response to emails! UPDATE: Finally got a response on day 5. Will send another test out right away. Now day 8 and 10 days from when first test was supposed to come out. What an absolute joke !!

Tests ordered, dispatch notice sent to us via email. 8 days later no tests have arrived. Chased and apparently new tests sent yesterday. Asked for expedited, sent 1st class (Useless as can't track). Avoid.

Fantastic service and so easy to get the Day-2 test with locator details. Everything arrived by email for the locator number and the test was waiting on the doorstep.
