Products that state "Shipping Delayed" on the product page are items which are not physically in our warehouse but which we can typically get within a day or two, if a product shows shipping delayed in the future feel free to reach out to our customer service team and we can give you a better idea if the manufacturer of said product is backordered or has delays before you order. Mark, I spoke to our customer service team regarding your order. Had you purchased the order insurance for 99 cents we would have reshipped another one no questions asked. Because you didn't our customer service team asked you to first contact the post office regarding the package and then to call us back to follow up at which point we would have been happy to do a reshipment. We never heard back from you which is why a replacement wasn't shipped. Contact our customer service team at 1-800-499-4810 and we'd be happy to ship another package out to you. In the future I'd suggest purchasing the order insurance if package theft is common in your area.
