Renata, your tracking info shows the item was delivered in your mailbox May 28 at 10:59am. You never reached out to our customer service team to state you had an issue or didn't receive your delivery. I'll have them reach out to you today.

First time ordering from Best Price and upon opening my order, noticed that an item was missing. No big deal, things like this can happen but its how its handled that makes the difference. I immediately walked over to my computer and emailed support to let them know. Within a couple of hours, I had a return email from a very humble Amber who appologized and let me know she was having the item sent out the same day. 48hrs later, my order was made whole and I can't be happier with the level of customer service Amber provided. Mathew, we apologize for the delay. For the past 8 months or so DMHA fat burners had been out of stock due to DMHA shortages. Our site stated this and that orders were being placed on backorder status. All the DMHA fat burners are finally coming back into stock. I definitely should have paid more attention to the bad reviews. Seems they are currently short staffed and all shipments are delayed, which if thats the case they shouldn't even bother charging until they ship the item, or at least have it?. Though the product I got said available and ready to ship when ordered, but told by one customer service they are delayed, and the other customer service that they dont even have the product? So unless you want to wait for who knows how long for the order to ship, this isnt the vendor you want.

Sam, we apologize like most industries out there not only are there labor shortages there's also supply chain shortages meaning a lot of manufacturers are really slow getting product out to retailers. You're not actually changed until your item gets scanned and shipped, the charge is just a hold until your order actually leaves our warehouse. Items on our site which state "Shipping Delayed" are items not currently in our warehouse but items were expecting in. If you see an item you want that states shipping delayed you can always contact us at 1-800-499-4810 or use the chat feature at the bottom right of our site to find out a more exact delivery date.

Jonathan, we always have a volume deal running on Dianabol and all prohormones, if you buy 2 or more bottles so 2 Dianabols or a Dianabol and an Anavar etc you save $10 per bottle. We used to run prohormone sales a lot more frequently, we'll try to get another one run one of these weeks coming up.

I ordered my slimming pill July 2021. Best price nutrition delivered June 2022. This is ridiculous. I totally forgot about this product so why didn’t you send an email or call to see if I am still interested and why was my money not refunded from July 2021 when you never had my product. This is madness. I did not receive any notification or advisory that my product has been out of stock and no notification asking if I wanted to cancel or purchase something different

Hello Analene, we apologize for the delay, like most industries the supplement industry is experiencing supply chain issues and there's been a DMHA shortage for the past 8 or 9 months. We've sent out numerous emails letting customers know about this issue and telling people if they want to swap out for a comparable product or cancel to reach out to us.
