The reason I gave a 4 star
The reason I gave a 4 star. Was due to a little mess up on my first order. But, customer service handled it professionally and promptly. Will continue buying supplements with your company.

No correspondence after order was made.I had to message after almost 3 weeks to ask what was going on.
No correspondence other than order received. After almost 3weeks I had to message them to ask about it. It was cancel so I'm expecting to see my refund going back to my card. Experience was awful.
Response from BestpricenutritionApr 4, 2022
Joy, we apologize, we had your order on hold as we were waiting to receive the item from the manufacturer, however it's been continuously backordered and not showing up with your shipments. We should have proactively reached out to you to see if you wanted to swap for another product or wanted a refund so we apologize for the delay.

They keep changing the formula for Synedrex! Now, 2022 version is crap, doesn't work at all! AND you can't get a refund, if you actually try it, ofcourse.
Response from BestpricenutritionApr 4, 2022
Romi, these reviews are intended to be service reviews not product reviews, you can visit the Synedrex product page and leave a review of an actual product to help other consumers. Thank you.
