Great price, effective product, and rapid delivery. What more could I want?

My purchase with this company has been very disappointing. When I purchased an item through this company they never sent me a e mail or any contact at all to give me a heads up on the order. I recently sent out four e mails in request to find out whats going on with my order or possibly a tracking number . To this day they have yet to contact me. VERY DISAPPOINTED and trying to cancel my order and get a refund.

When I bought my products nobody told me that those products were out of the stock even the system show me that my products were available and in stock, one week later when I asked about the status of my order (on the chat) one lady told me that my order wasn't delivered because one the products was out of the stock and her best answer was: "I can refund your payment", but in my opinion I think that that answer should be the last option you have a lot of options in order to satisfy my request, until now I'm still waiting for my order. Once I have my products believe me will be the 1st and the last time that I buy something with you.

First of all it took pretty long for the order to be shipped, but the worst thing is that I never received it! Post office says they did deliver it according to the tracking info so looks like it was stolen or anything like that. I understand that it's not the stores fault but honestly I shouldn't have to worry about if I'm paying almost 100$. It's just very frustrating and I'm not sure what's gonna happen now.. refund or anything.

I recently purchased a 5lb jug of isonatural protein. The price was good the shipping not so much. When I made the order the company said the product was in stock with next day shipping. In my email confirmation delivery date was the Wednesday after ordering. I was ok with that. It was not great but definitely not bad. The item was not shipped out for a week after ordering so it took almost two weeks to reach me instead of four or five days. They do not seem like a bad company, I do not feel ripped off, and this was the first item I purchased here. I just think they need to be more attentive to shipping time.

I love this company, they've always been great to me. From the products to the super speedy turn-around; usually days before the estimated delivery date. Thank you!

Great pre workout.

The product I purchased is Tri-Pep BCAA. Lemon flavor. The brand is Metabolic Nutrition. I use it to help prevent further deterioration of my muscles from muscle atrophy from my diabetes. Great product taste good too.
