BPN has great prices, great email discounts and offer some good products, but just don't expect to get your order in too quickly. Usually when I order something it takes 5 working days, sometimes longer. Other sites I've ordered from, I will receive my supps in 2 - 3 days, besides that, I have had no problems with this site.

Bpn has the best prices they ship quickly and never seen to be out of stock on your fav iteams like some places. They have great deals and stacks. I do all my shopping at bpn now and the rewards system is a great plus.

okay so the main thing that brang me to the site were the customer rewards being rewarded for giving your honest opinion on products and even sharing it on facebook can earn you points. one thing i have noticed with this page though is that they will leave up discontinued or unavailable products on there list of items to purchase. i have recently ordered an item it was a while back now it was in stock ready to ship..apparently almost a week it took a week for them to email me and say hey this product is not available please select a different product i had even received the info saying the item was shipped. and as i stated before discontinued and product that is not available to purchase will still be sitting on the page i have even contacted via email to say hey take these items off your list never get a response and it seems products prices go up almost every single day range from $1-.10 is frustrating then you order and boom actually it wasn't available , i will continue to use bpn due to the reward factor overall i would give the site a 2.5/5

Easy to order online, fast delivery. Discounts via email come too soon and expire way too soon. According to my order record, I order the same item on a little less than a 3 month cycle; therefore I do not have a discount to use! The order is very expensive for me on Medicare. They are used for my osteoarthritis pain and would like to have some kind of discount available for each order.

This company use to be my go to for all things related to nutritional supplements such as 'whey protein'...however my last $200 order was ship confirmed and tracking number was issued; however upon estimated delivery date; goods did not arrive. I sent them an email and it took then 4 days to get back to me. I tried live chat...nothing. Finally called them to see where my order was and they stated it wasn't shipped yet! Really? Then why did you send me shipment confirmation stating it was shipped? CS Agent was combative at best and demanded 'respect' as opposed to trying to save a $200 sale; I immediately asked for a refund and was given a full refund due to them not shipping product; but site was not updated and still said item ships in 1-2 business days! A joke of a CS response and I've been placing $100 orders on a consistent basis...Never more and good riddance!
