I just moved into my house in December, and the post office did not know anyone was living there so they didn't deliver the shipment. I called BestPriceNutrition and spoke to a very friendly person (from the US) and they called me back the same day and informed me that they spoke to the post master in my city and that the shipment would be delivered the next day. The shipment arrived, just as I had been promised. Great prices too!

Ordered 2/15/ 2016 and did not receive order until 2/29/2016, also received no communication about product coming late after I called on 2/24 and e-mailed about late arrival on 2/27/16. Product arrived today 2/29/16 but still no communication from Bestprice as of tonight. I am sure they do not know I have received it yet. Previous orders always came with e-mail if late or out of stock until later date and probable delivery date.

I have been purchasing the Trutein protein powder for about a year. It comes in two sizes - 2 lb & 4 lb. I prefer the 4 lb but it seems no matter what flavor I want it is out of stock and on back order. Then I drop back to the 2 lb and have the same problem or it indicates that it is in stock but I get a call several days later explaining that it is out of stock and asking if I want to choose a different flavor. Once or twice this happening would be no problem but now it happens with every order. Makes me very unhappy.

We do apologize about the trutein. We have had many manufacturer issues over the past 6 months with this brand. We are looking to changing the way things are done with this brand, so the stock levels are more accurate. Again, we do apologize but are looking to resolve this ongoing issue.
