He say it was a very good experience. It lasted 3 weeks and was very fun. Ares made a lot of friends. Everyone can easily send their children to boarding school. Ares say in the rooms beds were very comfortable. He told us food was very good.

I chose to work with you based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot say that we had a good experience. First of all, having too many children from the same nationality at the school was a problem. More concerning was that not only were they at the same school, but almost all of them were placed in the same class, which is against the stated rules. We did not receive any updates regarding their development during the school period, nor did we know who to contact for such information. Additionally, dietary sensitivities were not taken into account, and I must say that on many days, my child came home hungry. I don’t know whether another campus would have been possible or if the process could have been managed better, but in terms of productivity and benefit, I have to say the outcome was quite poor.

Best Parents is NOT a camp. It is a booking platform that represents camps. While Best Parents was always helpful when in communication with them, the response time is slow. It took 5-10 days for an answer through email or you could book a zoom meeting (very helpful on zoom meetings but booking a zoom meeting for small quick questions wasn’t feasible) Once booked, I would have preferred to work directly with the camp my daughter was attending for all the forms and welcome info. I could not login to the camps portal for any information and had to only work directly with Best Parents. Just know that this is a booking platform. I knew which camp I wanted. I do believe Best Parents offers a service to find the best camp of the ones they represent for your kiddo. And that is a valuable service, but I did not need that.

Genelde reklam içerikleriyle karar veren biri değilim ama bu kişilerin samimiyetlerine inanıyorum ve çocuk, eğitim gibi hassas bir konularla ticari kaygılarla yanıltıcı paylaşım yapmayacaklarına ve onların gerçekten memnun kaldıklarına inanıyorum. Ancak bu deneyim, Best Parents’ın görünürlüğü yüksek kişilere farklı, sıradan müşterilere ise daha az özenli bir hizmet sunduğunu hissettirdi. Sosyal medyada bu kurumu paylaşan kişiler bir danışmanlarının olduğunu ve süreç boyunca her konuyla bu kişinin birebir ilgilendiğini söylemişlerdi ama bizim deneyimimizde bırakın bir danışmanı kiminle mailleştiğimizi bile bilmeden tamamladık süreci. Bu nedenle bir sonraki yaz okulu sürecimizde maalesef Best Parents’ı tercih etmeyeceğiz ve çevremize de önermeyeceğiz. Umarım bu yorumumu süreçlerini geliştirmeleri için geri bildirim niteliğinde değerlendirilebilir.

I used BestParents for summer school consultation for my 9-year-old son, with the goal of finding an English-speaking environment where he could be exposed to different nationalities and speak/listen to English for at least 8 hours a day. What mattered most to me was avoiding a Turkish-speaking environment. I was clearly told that there would be only 5 Turkish students in the entire school and that almost no one from Turkey knew about the camp. Based on this reassurance, I completed the registration. However, when we arrived, I discovered that 17 out of 23 children in the day camp were Turkish. When I raised this concern, they claimed they had meant 5 per group, not for the whole school. Still, during the first week there were 5–7 Turkish students in my son’s group, and in the second week, 12 out of 15 children were Turkish. Additionally, my son’s name wasn’t even on the registration list when we arrived. Thankfully, that issue was resolved by the school. I was also told in advance (with official documents from BestParents) that Wednesday could be used as a family day for day campers, or students could participate in alternate programs such as excursions or on-campus activities. However, when I asked the school directly, they said this option was never available, and there was no such choice. I had to take a day off from my company to take care of my son which was the last minute news for me. Finally, I found out that other families had enrolled through a different agency for £500 less for the exact same program. This entire experience was filled with misleading information, poor coordination, and hidden overpricing. I would absolutely not recommend BestParents to anyone and would never use their services again.

Even though I insisted beforehand that we wanted a school with fewer children of the same nationality, the school we ended up with was 80% Turkish. They claimed they might have come through other companies, but we met the parents here and learned that most of them came through BestParents. They're the reason there are so many Turkish children in the same school at the same time. They know this, and they're still lying to us. Furthermore, even though I explained in detail that my daughter has an interest in art and painting and asked for a school recommendation based on that, the school they recommended turned out to be a disgrace. Neither the academics nor the sports activities are good. They take the kids out into the garden under the guise of gym lessons and leave them to their own devices. BestParents doesn't provide any counseling or support services before or during school. Furthermore, I learned from talking to other parents when I came here that it's much more expensive than other companies (500 GBP). I wouldn't recommend BestParents to anyone, and I wouldn't choose them again.
