Proceed With Caution: Very difficult to receive payment for services provided
We received a booking for a student in our teen program and accepted the reservation, which had bee paid for in full by the student's father more than a month in advance. We provided our services and billed Best Parents accordingly, as per our agreement, which states they will pay at least 2 weeks before the program begins. Unfortunately, getting payment was a nightmare. Initially, they repeatedly assured us that payment would be sent "tomorrow," but those promises were never fulfilled. After several follow-ups, they stopped responding, until we told them we would need to contact the student's father for payments. At that point, they said they would pay - because of course they were worried their clients would find out about their operating tactics. But then, once again, no response to our urgent emails requesting some kind of bank evidence of a transfer. Because our camp is all-inclusive and operates on very small margins to keep it affordable and accessible, and because we need to pay our providers up front, we had to pay out of pocket to ensure the teen student could continue his program. Finally, half-way through the program, our bank notified us of payment. The company still has not responded. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend entrusting your money to this company. We will no longer continue working with them, it is simply too stressful under these conditions.

Laura in terms of payments and co operation the system does not send money if you do not complete the process or do not upload any missing documents. I am glad that you have received your payment before the student leaves.
