Bad experience
First of all, we weren't given a schedule the week we started school, which caused problems. For example, we weren't informed that there would be swimming lessons on Tuesday, so one of us couldn't attend. Another problem was that we were enrolled in the daytime program, and everything was arranged for boarding children. For example, when they went out one day a week, it was hot, and they had to walk to the market in the sun and then bring them back to school. Weekend programs weren't announced in advance, and when the children were dropped off in another city on weekends, they were left alone during their free time. Best parents Despite repeatedly mentioning this to your team, I haven't received any results. Each time, you expressed your apologies, but I haven't received any further feedback. Therefore, I am not considering working with you next year if you don't correct this mistake.

hank you for sharing your concerns. We are sorry to hear that, despite our previous communication, you were disappointed with parts of your experience. We would, however, like to clarify a few points for families reading this review. The program schedule was shared before arrival, together with the information that activities and timings may change depending on weather and operational conditions. During your stay, the area experienced a heatwave, which unfortunately required the camp team to make some adjustments. This is primarily a residential/boarding camp that also accepts a limited number of day students — approximately 5% of participants. Day students join the same program and have access to the same activities, facilities and lunch as residential students, with their program finishing at 5:00 PM, as explained in the sample schedule and program description. Best Parents is the booking platform and is not the operator of the camp. During the program, families are also in direct contact with the camp team for daily matters such as drop-off, pick-up and activity arrangements. The camp director’s telephone number is displayed at the entrance/bell specifically so that parents can reach the on-site team when immediate assistance is required. That said, we take responsibility for how we support families who book through Best Parents. We are sorry that you felt our follow-up after raising your concerns was insufficient. We will review this internally and with the camp provider, particularly around making schedule changes and day-student arrangements even clearer for future families. We appreciate your feedback and hope these clarifications provide a fuller picture of the program and the respective roles of Best Parents and the camp.
