Very unprofessional service. I had to cancel my daughter’s enrollment due to medical reasons and provided all the documentation they specifically requested. Despite this, they refused to offer any solution or alternative and denied the refund without a clear or coherent explanation. The communication has been slow, contradictory, and lacking empathy. I do not recommend this company.
Response from BP AIAug 10, 2026
Dear Eva,
We are not the final decision-maker regarding the refund; the institution reviews the supporting documentation and determines whether the cancellation qualifies under its refund policy.
The document you submitted to the institution is a body scan report indicating that your child suffered a head injury. However, it does not include a doctor’s statement confirming that your child will be medically unable to participate in the online course, particularly as the course is scheduled to begin approximately three months from now.
For this reason, the institution has determined that the document provided is not sufficiently relevant or applicable to support the cancellation of the online course before its start date.
If you are able to provide a medical report specifically stating that your child will be unable to attend the course for medical reasons, this may provide the institution with additional information to reconsider the request.
Kind regards,
LE

Proceed With Caution: Very difficult to receive payment for services provided
We received a booking for a student in our teen program and accepted the reservation, which had bee paid for in full by the student's father more than a month in advance. We provided our services and billed Best Parents accordingly, as per our agreement, which states they will pay at least 2 weeks before the program begins.
Unfortunately, getting payment was a nightmare. Initially, they repeatedly assured us that payment would be sent "tomorrow," but those promises were never fulfilled. After several follow-ups, they stopped responding, until we told them we would need to contact the student's father for payments. At that point, they said they would pay - because of course they were worried their clients would find out about their operating tactics. But then, once again, no response to our urgent emails requesting some kind of bank evidence of a transfer.
Because our camp is all-inclusive and operates on very small margins to keep it affordable and accessible, and because we need to pay our providers up front, we had to pay out of pocket to ensure the teen student could continue his program.
Finally, half-way through the program, our bank notified us of payment. The company still has not responded.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend entrusting your money to this company. We will no longer continue working with them, it is simply too stressful under these conditions.
Response from BP AIJul 30, 2026
Laura in terms of payments and co operation the system does not send money if you do not complete the process or do not upload any missing documents. I am glad that you have received your payment before the student leaves.

Wrong dates advised for the chosen…
Wrong dates advised for the chosen course meaning we had to change flights. Best Parents website said the course arrival date should be Sunday. It’s Monday.
Payment options directed us to a link which applied credit card fees and FX costs resulting in an 11% additional charge. Fortunately I picked this up and did a bank transfer.
After we paid Best Parents that was the last we heard from them. The remaining communication was with the actually educational provider. Who gave us the correct information. But we had to fill out all the pre-arrival forms and questionaires again with them that we had already done with Best Parents. None of the info we provided BP was passed over. A big waste of effort and time.
Additional costs of airport transfers was not advised by BP - it’s a very substantial sum.
It would have been FAR easier (and I am sure cheaper) to have booked directly with the educational provider, if we could have found the course online directly. Best parents added zero value.

We are not entering data but the schools do. We only get together all the programs in one platform to make you find the right match. If you had to change your ticket you have right to ask refund from the institution.

A very disappointing experience
A very disappointing experience this summer. I highly recommend that you do NOT book your summer camp with this Best Parents, which is neither serious nor professional. The program we had registered my daughter for, and for which we had received official confirmation, was ultimately unavailable, and we learned this the day she arrived on site. She was reassigned by default to another program unrelated to her studies and career plans.
Clearly not worth the amount paid for this service.
Response from BP AIOct 10, 2025
Dear Magali Marco,
Best Parents is a booking platform that connects families with educators. We are not capable to accept the student but educator does from our portal. In this case, when we reached out to the educator, they confirmed that your child was offered program options and chose the Business Program instead of the Hybrid Program with your approve. The feedback shared was very positive, your child enjoyed the experience, celebrated her birthday with friends, and successfully completed the camp, she wanted to take the course but did not want to cancel and preferred to be with friend at the same classroom.
As the program was completed in full and the educator delivered the academic full boarding experience. We understand that you may feel differently, but based on the verified details, we appreciated the service of the educator.
Thank you for your understanding.

I chose to work with you based on a…
I chose to work with you based on a recommendation, but unfortunately, I cannot say that we had a good experience. First of all, having too many children from the same nationality at the school was a problem. More concerning was that not only were they at the same school, but almost all of them were placed in the same class, which is against the stated rules.
We did not receive any updates regarding their development during the school period, nor did we know who to contact for such information. Additionally, dietary sensitivities were not taken into account, and I must say that on many days, my child came home hungry.
I don’t know whether another campus would have been possible or if the process could have been managed better, but in terms of productivity and benefit, I have to say the outcome was quite poor.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. After confirming with the school, we found that no special diet was entered in your enrollment forms by you. Additionally, the lunch menu—featuring both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options—has been shared and is considered highly satisfying for an international summer camp.

I used BestParents for summer school consultation for my 9-year-old son, with the goal of finding an English-speaking environment where he could be exposed to different nationalities and speak/listen to English for at least 8 hours a day.
What mattered most to me was avoiding a Turkish-speaking environment. I was clearly told that there would be only 5 Turkish students in the entire school and that almost no one from Turkey knew about the camp. Based on this reassurance, I completed the registration.
However, when we arrived, I discovered that 17 out of 23 children in the day camp were Turkish. When I raised this concern, they claimed they had meant 5 per group, not for the whole school. Still, during the first week there were 5–7 Turkish students in my son’s group, and in the second week, 12 out of 15 children were Turkish.
Additionally, my son’s name wasn’t even on the registration list when we arrived. Thankfully, that issue was resolved by the school.
I was also told in advance (with official documents from BestParents) that Wednesday could be used as a family day for day campers, or students could participate in alternate programs such as excursions or on-campus activities. However, when I asked the school directly, they said this option was never available, and there was no such choice. I had to take a day off from my company to take care of my son which was the last minute news for me.
Finally, I found out that other families had enrolled through a different agency for £500 less for the exact same program.
This entire experience was filled with misleading information, poor coordination, and hidden overpricing. I would absolutely not recommend BestParents to anyone and would never use their services again.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We're truly sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to clarify a few important points.
Your child was enrolled in the 6-day program, which includes weekend trips and offers a fuller schedule. This program is different from the 5-day weekday option, which is priced approximately £500 less and does not include weekend activities.
It’s also important to note that while day students are often local and may predominantly be from a single nationality, boarding students typically come from a wider international background. The camp generally maintains a good balance, but in some weeks the distribution among day students may vary. We understand how this impacted your experience and are truly sorry if it did not reflect what you were originally told.
Regarding the Wednesday issue, we regret any confusion. A top-up option for day campers to participate in additional activities or trips is usually available, and had we been informed during the program, we would have been happy to arrange this for you.
We sincerely apologize for any miscommunication and will take your comments seriously to improve our coordination and clarity moving forward. Your feedback helps us grow, and we thank you again for sharing it.
Warm regards,
The Best Parents Team

Complete disappointment
Even though I insisted beforehand that we wanted a school with fewer children of the same nationality, the school we ended up with was 80% Turkish. They claimed they might have come through other companies, but we met the parents here and learned that most of them came through BestParents. They're the reason there are so many Turkish children in the same school at the same time. They know this, and they're still lying to us. Furthermore, even though I explained in detail that my daughter has an interest in art and painting and asked for a school recommendation based on that, the school they recommended turned out to be a disgrace. Neither the academics nor the sports activities are good. They take the kids out into the garden under the guise of gym lessons and leave them to their own devices. BestParents doesn't provide any counseling or support services before or during school. Furthermore, I learned from talking to other parents when I came here that it's much more expensive than other companies (500 GBP). I wouldn't recommend BestParents to anyone, and I wouldn't choose them again.
