Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy?We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale.That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Bens is the place to go to get track cycling kit in the US
Competitively priced, has most of what you could possibly need and offers 10% discount after first purchase to encourage loyalty! seems to work, as I buy plenty.

Fine. What I wanted at a good price!
I ordered a sweeeeet set of Nitto Dirt Drop bars and got them one day per UPS.. I opened the damaged box and found the bars fine. I decided they might not be what I want, but I am going to keep them anyway.

First experience with Ben's
Love the selection, good pricing and website was easy to use. The 'project' option was great as I put together a grouppo for a build. This would have been five starts but there was an issue with adding items to the cart that resulted in two separate orders and there was a slight communication issue getting it straightened out. Very good, but not perfect and that was the difference, but I am likely to use them in the future.

Regarding spending $$, it was the best experience I've had in a long time
I wanted to build up a single-speed for my girlfriend (my first build) and was directed to Ben's by my local bike shop up in Oz Co. I took the advice and was extremely pleased with the knowledgeable, patient staff and the ample supply of components within my budget. All I had was an old frame to work with. My rep, Hunter, helped me find everything I needed and offered extremely helpful advice on all the things I wasn't sure of. Due to the fantastic attention paid by the staff, after my visit to Ben's I was able to complete the bike in one evening and no second trips. Hats off to Hunter and his consultant coworkers that day for making it possible!! Highly, highly, highly recommend Ben's to anybody reading this.

Caring employees personally emailed me to see if USPS ever sent mail to my country before. Also, everything arrived swiftly in great condition.
I ordered some tools, a seatcollar and a cog and lockring. One of the employees personally emailed me to see if i'd have ever received mail from USPS before, which is a good thing, shows Ben's Cycles cares about their customers. Once i confirmed with them that i have indeed ever had mail from the US, they promptly shipped my order out. Good job Ben's Cycle! Will be back to order more in the future!
