Placed a special order for a repair kit for my panniers. They responded immediately via email and then confirmed that the part number was correct for my specific bags. It was not, so we corrected it BEFORE it was shipped out. Not many shops doing that! Will be my go-to shop for items that I cannot source locally.

Found a great set of wheels at a very reasonable price for a 1979 Raleigh Super Course that I'm converting to a single speed. Lightweight, and the look is similar to the original wheels.

I ordered from Ben's Cycle on the recommendation of a friend who is an avid cyclist/bike builder. I was not disappointed. The parts were priced appropriately and shipped/arrived as estimated by the company. When I had a question, the customer service staff were helpful and took good care of me. Would definitely recommend!

I really enjoy my new bruiser frame and fork; however, the initial shipment only came with the frame! So, I had to call up Ben's Cycle internet sales, and they handle sending me out my fork. The individuals on the other end were great, and handled my claim most urgently. For this, I'm really appreciative. I would have given my experience 5 stars if it wasn't for forgetting the fork.

I originally called them about an 90s Chorus headset part and they were so helpful that I now get all my cycling needs from them. Website is well designed, easy to navigate. Call them for NOS/specialty parts.

I've had two transactions with Ben's cycle. The first was my screw up: I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Ben's could not have been better at quickly canceling the order and keeping the transaction from posting to my credit card. The second purchase was for a small item that I couldn't find anywhere else. Excellent service, especially considering the small amount of dollars involved.
