I've bought several items from Ben's Cycle, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. I bought a custom wheelset and they're handbuilt to perfection, and at prices that my local bike store cannot or would not compete with. Ben's has a ton of available parts, a great site for finding the right parts, and real human beings that answer the phone and help you through any questions or issues.

There is a wide selection of products where you can almost find anything or similar enough to your liking. Easy to navigate interface and easy to check out.

I called one afternoon for verification that a hard to find component was in stock as stated on the site. It was confirmed. I placed the order that afternoon and 2 working days later my order arrived. I was impressed because I had been after that component without luck and came across Ben's Cycle. That made my week!

I have searched the web everywhere google could over me, to find a "Nitto" lamp holder. For months and months, I have been looking, ever since I purchased my new "Surly, Straggler" bike.
