Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

I have come across Ben's many times searching for equipment and components. They were the only place I could find the exact Nitto stem I was looking for. Working with them feels like shopping with a trusted local bike shop. Great work team!

When I know exactly what I want and I shop for it online, Ben's is usually the best or close on price. They ship fast and are a pleasure to deal with. A real professional group of folks. Thanks as always, Thomas

Pretty simple. Looked on line for something, they had it, a good price. They did everything they said they would do, when they said they would. They are now in my short list of go to places for on line bike stuff.

I ordered a new Porteur/Touring Double Kickstand from Ben's Cycle and when it arrived I discovered that it was a used item! They cleverly changed the plastic part for the legs (which probably broke/fell apart on previous use) but the metal part had bumps and scratches. It was visibly obvious that this kickstand was used! The ordering-processing-delivery was fast but I'm still disappointed. I won't order from them again.

Hi Jaroslaw, I am not sure what happened here. We do not sell used products on our website; everything is new and never used. The only thing we can rationalize is that our distributor sent us a bad kickstand and we didn't catch it. We are very sorry, we are going to send you out a new kickstand right away with return postage for the other one.
