We apologize but as advised in the terms of sale the item bought can be a final one. For example, if a guest buys a hotel, we recommend they chose a refundable one. However, please provide us with your order number and we will check and see if we can do anything for you. Thanks.

We apologize but as a 3rd party, this booking came from the actual hotel. We personally called the front desk and advised that the guest was unable to make the booking. The hotel themselves has advised they will be unable to refund us for the booking. We are checking to see if anything else can be done about this matter.

We apologize but in terms of selling the Disney tickets, our prices are contracted with the actual partner. We sell thousands of tickets daily and have gotten praise from a lot of our guests in terms of the prices we have for our Walt Disney World Park tickets. All of the taxes and fees are shown upon check out and we can always compare prices from our website to the park's gate prices if needed. We tried to reach out to the guest, and she can call us if needed to look at the rates for the park if this is what she is referring to.
