As a third-party booking platform, rental car reservations are subject to the supplier's terms and conditions at the time of booking. For non-refundable reservations, any refund approval must come directly from the rental supplier, and refund requests may be denied if the booking terms have been violated or if the reservation does not qualify under the supplier's policy. We understand your frustration and appreciate that you provided documentation regarding the cancellation. While we advocate on our customers' behalf, we are required to follow the supplier's final determination regarding refund eligibility. Please provide an order number and we will see what all can be done.
