Booked 2 nights hotel stay. But due to covid have to cancel. I cancelled 2 days prior to check in , the lady who i talked to at beneplace said she'll see what she can do, and advised me to wait in 24-72 hrs for a resolution. I was so hopeful that ill get at least a partial refund because per cancellation policy(on my bookings) it says ill be penalized for a night+fees and get a partial refund. After 3 weeks of back and forth calls&emails(headache) they denied my refund. I called lake tahoe resort &per manager i should get a partial refund since i cancelled 2 nights prior to check in and the 3rd party company (beneplace) should issue me the partial refund, (hotel did not collect the funds). I use this booking place thru my work employee discount site,but will never use them again. PLEASe stay away from this company if you dont want to be ripped off. SCAMMEr to the 100% level. Total rip off. Stay away!

They booked my flights for a day later. Called to change it, they had the audacity to say changing it was going to be $2.6k on a $1800 trip. $600 to change 3 flights and $2000 to "pay the difference" because the exact same flight, same time, a day earlier was apparently $700 more per ticket. Absolute scam, don't waste your time.

Beneplace make mistake with my reservation and not willing to refund. I have to submit dispute through my credit card company in returned to get refund

Room option was listed as refundable but when booking went thru it says "non refundable". Very angry as I would not have booked.

Hidden fees! Discounted ticket price was $51.90 but then they tacked on $12.99. This makes the discount much less valuable.
