Purchased hotel reservations and the reservations were not paid by beneplace. Had to pay for the hotel again upon checkout. Every time I call to check on my refund since they DID NOT PAY I get a 72 hour wait period. This has been going on for two weeks.

It is a job perk. The experience was easy and fluid. Only one comment i would make regarding the membership card. I am unsure if the wells Fargo credit card will suffice as a Sams membership card or not?

I had a Birthday gift bought a ticket for SeaWorld & sesame for $200 plus. However I had a family emergency and had to travel for funeral. The ticket was lost from My email and I called them to see if I can still go. They emailed me back saying they Can not accommodate or let me use my ticket. $200 plus ticket expired Just like that. the worst experience. so sad how helpless emergency situations are becoming for Companies like this. I will never buy anything from them again.

I have received several reminder emails to use a credit voucher for my next beneplace purchase. There was no mention that the purchase had to be within certain guidelines to be applied to my next purchase. However, when I was able to apply the credit voucher, the transaction went smoothly.

Had items in my cart actively paying and it kept declining and saying the price increased and everytime I would refresh the prices continued to go up. Very dissappointed as it ended up charging my card for the higher amount

Bought tickets through them, but they added over $45 in fees. Which completely negated the benefit of this. Not worth it at all. The deal was not good as the reply below tries to state. It was $10 off each ticket, the fees made these "deal" tickets more expensive then buying them at the front gate.

The guest bought 2 Epcot tickets which are a great deal for the date he picked. Like all of our partners taxes and fees is something that we would need to charge.
