Hi, thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback — this is genuinely useful for us, even if we're sorry it wasn't the right fit. You're right to call out the instruction booklet. The distilled water contradiction was an error in an older version of our materials, and we've since corrected it. The font size and clarity are also fair points — especially given who we're designing for — and something we're actively improving. On the unbranded packaging, a batch did leave our warehouse without labels due to a fulfillment issue. That shouldn't have happened, and we've tightened our checks since. Regarding our customer support — our team uses AI-assisted tools to help respond quickly and consistently, but every conversation is reviewed and guided by a real person. We're sorry if any of your specific questions weren't addressed properly, particularly around the return process. That's a gap we take seriously. Hi Ava, Thank you for the kind words, and for being so honest — this is really helpful feedback. On the relief lasting about 10 minutes, that's actually quite common early on. Warm steam eye care tends to work best with consistency over time, and many customers find that the comfort builds and lasts longer as they stick with a regular routine. We'd encourage you to keep going and give it a couple of weeks. On cleaning the reservoir — great question, and you're right to think about it. Here's what we recommend: After each session, empty any remaining liquid and wipe the inside with a soft dry cloth. For a deeper clean every week or so, add 4–5 drops of household white vinegar to the reservoir, run the mist for about 2 minutes, then empty it, refill with plain tap water, and run it briefly once more to flush everything through. That keeps the atomizer clean and prevents any buildup. Also make sure you're emptying the reservoir fully after every use rather than leaving liquid sitting in it between sessions — that's the simplest way to keep things fresh.
