I ordered November 24, Here it is December 15 and I am still waiting for tracking information saying my order has shipped. I have emailed twice and they always have an excuse. If it wasn't the only place I could find the gummy bear shirt, I would tell them to forget it! Maybe I will be able to give the shirt to my grandson for Valentine's Day! I think it is horrible that there is no way to speak to a person and everything for customer service is through email.

Customer service is not really responsive, I paid for shipping in the order then to my surprise when i went to pick it up, i was charged for the shipping costs. I did receive a nice quality hoodie, they have a great selection of authentic clothes. It took roughly over 3 weeks to receive the shipment/ which by far, is the fastest I have experienced compared to their competitors.

I ordered and my product came when they said it would. I LOVE the quality of the blankets.. they're SO CRAZY SOFT! I was even more excited when i found out that the inside of their sweaters are just as soft. :) I would definitely order from them again.

I didn't receive my goods yet, 5 months was past after ordering! They cause a problem about shipment, so I have contacted them. But the problem isn't solved and now they're ignoring my mails. They are just swindlers.

They take forever IF they ever respond to my emails. I just want what I paid for. Their customer service can't do much and they won't follow through with their duty as I have to email them every step of the way just to get an update. My package is overdue months.

The shirts are awesome, which is pretty much the only reason that I've ordered from them more than once. Good luck getting any meaningful response from this company, though. I've opened customer support requests and had to wait up to a week to hear a response. Living in Canada means that I have to pay a ridiculous brokerage fee if they ship with anyone other than USPS. That seems fine, as they have an option to ship with USPS, which I selected with my last order. Sure enough, however, they did not ship with USPS and I had to shell out an extra $22 to receive my package. Furthermore, they claim no responsibility for the mistake. I've even requested that they ship with USPS via support request and heard nothing back. I am done with this company. Won't be ordering from them again.

PLAN ACCORDINGLY: The styles are unique and the quality is good, just order 60 days out. I've placed several orders which have all taken 30-40+ days to be shipped, let alone arrive (I'm in NY). DO NOT order a time sensitive gift, it will most likely not arrive on time. DO NOT order a tank top IN Summer or a sweatshirt IN Winter, it will arrive at the end of the season. Customer service has NEVER responded to any of my emails including shipping statuses, clothing questions and a missing Sloth Necklace from one of my orders. Even with all that, I get compliments on the styles but I do not order as frequently or have recommended them once because of the service.

I love beloved! My orders have always come correctly with no problems at all. I know they'll always be there when I need them. You guys are awesome! 5 stars for life!
