The only reason I am giving 1 star, is because 0 stars is not an option. I ordered my mothers Christmas present DECEMBER 5th 2014 I was GAURENTEED to be here by Christmas 2014. I still do not have it. Seriously? Whoever is running things here needs to be fired. Its laughably pathetic. I do not encourage anyone to ever purchase anything EVER from this company. Each time i send an email asking about my order, its takes over a week or to get a response, and the response says that my order is coming within the next few weeks. Its now mid-March, its been multiple 'few weeks". Ive never had this bad of service anywhere. Maybe Ill have her present by this Christmas.............

MY GF ORDERED ME A CUSTOM HOODIE BEFORE CHRISTMAS. IT DIDNT GET HERE TIL MARCH 5TH!!!! AND ITS AN XL, THE TAG SAYS XL, CAUSE IM AN XL. AND ITS BASICALLY A SMALL. IT FITS MY GF PERFECT AND WE MEASURED IT. ITS A SMALL. WORST COMPANY EVER. DONT SHOP HERE!!!!

People expect things to be instantaneous just because they ordered online. This is still a very small company with only one location. I'm pretty sure the amount of printers they have aren't enough to cover the amount of orders they continuously recieve. It takes them about two weeks for the printing process and making of the clothing items, times that by whatever amount of orders they recieve. Don't be so shocked that it didn't get shipped overnight. Plus there's people who handle the money and the people who handle the production (like in every business), how quickly your money was accepted has nothing to do with how long it will take for them to produce each and every printed item for every person in the entire world that has ordered from them. I have faith that I will receive my order, maybe not a week from now or maybe not even till the end of the year. Who knows.

ordered a jumper on the 23/10/14 and it still hasnt arrived (9/2/15) it was suppose to get here 'before christmas' and then 'before january' and the 'before the 3rd of feb' and still nothing its completely useless

They promised delivery before Christmas, I ordered dec 3,2014. It's feb 6,2015 still nothing . Maybe I was just mistaken on which Christmas

So I heard good things about this company but my experience was dramatically different. I ordered one hooded sweatshirt Dec 10 2014 and yet I haven't received it. I got a confirmation number but never a tracking number. I sent more than a few emails only the first one being replied to, and as far as I know they never gave me a refund .

Placed an order 3 months ago.........Still haven't received anything. Originally planned for a Christmas present, as they promoted and promoted how everything will be shipped before Christmas day. I thought since I ordered mine in November I'll definitely get mine. Nope. As they continue to promote and promote "new designs" and said the first week of January everything will be shipped out. Flash forward another month. Still no product. I've communicated through email at least 4 times with the same response. They always say"Should be shipped in the next few weeks." I hate to get a refund after waiting all this time, but it's to the point of comical. You do a little research and look at comments on their instagram and facebook, and they are all the same. The company always replies they had a "production problem", "90% of the orders have shipped", blah blah blah. From the comments it seems like 90% of the orders NEVER shipped. This company is continuously taking money, as they charge upon order, and not producing anything. It's absolutely ridiculous. This company is pretty much robbing people. I'm surprised they have people on here giving them good ratings. I'm just surprised they actually have shipped anything.

I wish I could speak to the quality of the products I ordered from belovedshirts.com. I placed my order back in November, and judging by the fact they accepted my credit card purchase instantaneously that their "guarantee to deliver before xmas" claim would be fulfilled. Fast-forward to end of January, with no word from the company I decided to look into this. After trying to get a hold of someone using a few different medias, I was informed my order will still be another 3-4 weeks to fulfill. An email, call, smoke signal etc. from the company letting me know this information would have softened my disbelief. Thanks for the 10% discount, but that hardly excuses the 2+ months plus I will have to wait (fingers crossed) for my order. This may be acceptable back in the days when things were shipped by horse drawn carriages, but you're an online company, pull it together. Great designs, but proceed w/ caution.
