I choose the fast shipping and it was supposed to reach me in a week and it took more than a month so I payed extra money and did not get my stuff in time

If you want the item quickly, you might want to order it well in advance. I was starting to sweat that it wouldn't arrive in time and ended up getting another gift in case it didn't. But the product was excellent!!

While it seems very inconvenient to wait over two weeks for an item to be crafted, they were very open about informing customers that it would take this long for the item to be manufactured, so it was expected. The item I received (North Korea Men's Tee) was hilarious and the picture was vivid. My boyfriend loved it! I just recommend ordering quite a bit longer in advance than you think you'll need the item and you'll be fine!

I'm starting to think that Beloved Shirts is a company of just one person, who is struggling to fill orders and get them shipped, answer customer service emails, and maintain a social media presence. Since I know this is not the case, I can't muster any sympathy for this company. I placed my order the day before the cutoff date for Christmas delivery, and since I was worried about the tight timeline, I ordered another, slightly different, sweatshirt, one that was advertised via mass email (as well as on the website) as in-stock and ready to ship. Once you place your order, you are completely in the dark regarding your order's status - no email updates, no way to track your order, NOTHING. I sent an email to customer service just to get an idea of when I might expect my original order. Six days later (long enough that I had forgotten I had even emailed customer service) I received a generic response that my order would be sent out within the next few days. Hours later, I received a mass email stating that my order would not be finished in time for Christmas. Why wasn't this said to me in the original customer service email? I sent customer service another email, this time asking if the Christmas delay pertained to items that were advertised as ready to ship. I never got a response. I cancelled both my orders on December 29. One nice thing that I will say is that my refund was issued very quickly (oh yeah - Beloved has zero problem charging your credit card right away). I like supporting small businesses, but I have no patience supporting a business that LIES. You cannot advertise something as in-stock and ready to ship in 1-3 days if you have no intention of actually shipping the item. I know people like to complain about Amazon, but I know the status of my order at every step of the way when ordering with them. The icing on the cake? Beloved posted a photo on Instagram of the KARDASHIANS in their Beloved apparel on Christmas morning. It's good to know that the people who truly matter received their order in time!

Ordered a Hoodie for my wife on the 18th of December and I have had 2 emails saying it was going to be sent and they were really sorry. And I have yet to hear back or receive anything from the company. How can this be legal and how do we shut this company down from doing this to others. I am very disappointed. I paid for this hoodie in hopes to get it for my wife and I was so excited about it. And now I don't feel like I will get what u paid for.
