Beloved ShirtsReviews of belovedshirts.com

I ordered a shirt for Christmas, and while it was slightly delayed, they handled my order with professionalism and boy did the product exceed my expectations. When I first saw the designs online I thought they were photo-shopped, but they really are as vibrant and realistic as they look online. This has been one of several orders I've made through them and I have never been disappointed. All my orders have been shipped really fast so I know the delay in christmas orders is not representative of their usual speed. I'd recommend the pizza prints! Those are my favorite.

Why is it Beloved can keep social media updated but fails to respond to countless customer service complaints? On Twitter they claim emails may have been "accidentally skipped over" or shipments will arrive "soon" because of unexpected delays. Beloved you are stealing from customers by ignoring their issues. Phone numbers on the BBB and on my credit card merchant charge are linked to Google voice or no longer in service, which gives me the impression there is nobody home. This business is not practicing fairly! I filed a complaint and disputed the charge with my credit card. Luckily I only spent $30, but wasted to my time trying to send a Christmas gift that never arrived. They haven't returned my emails and the order still says in progress. Note I ordered a PRE-fabricated shirt so as to avoid the whole process of waiting for the customized shirt. The item was guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. Still nothing. **update: I was finally contacted via Facebook of all places... The agent confessed the production team was overwhelmed and customer service unable to keep up with emails. Whoever I talked to assured they would get my refund processed asap. We'll see. As a new, growing company, they will need to learn from this terrible mishap if they wish to stay in business.

I ordered 22 days ago for Christmas presents. They charged my pay pal $159 already and I have received no shipping updates. I have sent 5 emails and none have been returned. I just made a pay pal claim today and will now file with bbb. They truly seemed legit and i was excited for what I ordered as gifts. I am a business owner and to have to encounter any company running a business this way, it makes me sad at how little effort is made after they already took my money. At least put an auto responder on your emails if you have issues with your production; It's literally that easy. People would understand if you at least made even one second of an effort. Just a suggestion so you don't lose all of your business.

They have already charged my account before shipping my goods, which is a serious no no. And they will not respond to my emails!!!

Emailed three times about a Christmas gift, I paid for in full, three weeks before the holiday. NO RESPONSES!!!

I had ordered from this company once before last year and had a lovely experience. The product came in a timely matter and was amazing! This year I ordered on Cyber Monday, November 30th, and it still has not arrived and it is Christmas Eve. When I ordered it said to expect 14 days for delivery. After 16 days of waiting I decided to contact them to see what was going on, since it doesn't let you track your item. Nobody responded to my email for 5 days, and even then nothing was answered in my email. All that was said in the email was "what's your order number". I emailed back immediately and still have yet to hear back. I am extremely angry about it. It's unacceptable and ridiculous that it has taken this long and I still have not received the product, heard back from the company, and have no way of tracking my order. I will never order from this company again. Don't order from this company. The point of cyber Monday is to get deals for Christmas and this company made you feel confident that would happen. HUGE LET DOWN.

I made an order for a sweatshirt in the middle of August. I originally intended it to be a birthday present for November. We are now on the 19th December, I still haven't received my product and I won't even get it for Christmas now. Emailed their customer services, they said they couldn't open the picture I sent them and could I resend it. I did so, alongside asking them that if this was the case then why has no one been in contact to let me know? I have since received no further contact. I'm $75 out of pocket, I've waited over 4 months for my product, and received no communications. Quite honestly the worst company I have ever ordered from. Don't bother trying to buy anything, waste of time and money. Shameful.

I only wish I had read the customer reviews before placing an order. My order on November 24 was guaranteed to ship in 7 days, and I have yet to receive a confirmation of shipment. All requests for info to the customer service department, end up with a form letter, usually sent days later, guaranteeing my order to be shipped this week. I guess, I've started my 2016 Christmas shopping early!
