Awesome product, but can get messy on the customer service end. The first time I ordered from them was a complete disaster (forgetting pieces of my order, not responding for weeks, etc.), and they didn't offer my any kind of credit or compensation, which was kind of a turnoff. I liked the product enough to order another thing, though, and that process went a lot more smoothly. Maybe order at your own risk and don't trust them with anything time-sensitive (but the products themselves are amazing).

I ordered almost two months ago and have yet to receive a shipping number. I even emailed them and didn't get a response for a week. When I did get a response I was told my order would be shipped out that week which was about 3 weeks ago. Other companies will at least give you a gift card or some form of "sorry we messed up so bad" but this company just doesn't care. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I ordered a shirt on Black Friday from the ready to ship section. It took way longer than it should have to ship and it was shipping somewhere where I could not pick it up because it took too long. I spoke to a representative before it shipped to change the shipping address and they assured me it was resolved. It has since shipped to the wrong address where it could not be delivered because the "business was closed." It is now 2 months later and I still have not gotten my one ready-to-ship item. I also reached out to their customer service page on Instagram on 12/27/15 voicing this same concern where my message has since been opened and read but not replied to.

Ordered a small sweatshirt on black Friday. It didn't arrive till December 28th. For a small it's giant. I got it for a gift for a small female and it would be a medium on me, a male that wears size large. I am currently trying to return the item. I put in a request online, sent multiple messages via the website and multiple emails and haven't gotten a response in two weeks. They refuse to give a number so you can't call anyone so they just ignore you via email.

The shipping was really long and the sleeve are to short but the printing looks awesome txh

Never got a mail or any notice that my package had arrived. I had to find that out myself by running ani shipping nummer through the national official post company's database.

I ordered 2 items on Black Friday. One was delivered just before Christmas, and the other came after Christmas, which was not what I expected. If I knew it was going to take a month or more to get the items, I would not have ordered at this time, as they both were Christmas presents.

On the website it said that if you placed your order before a certain date in early December (can't remember the exact date) then it would guarenteed be here by Christmas. I ordered a pizza blanket for my nephew for Christmas and placed the order on Nov. 27th and it came 2 weeks after Christmas. I emailed the company inquiring about the status and they just ignored it. I have had eBay products coming from China that came sooner than this. Something coming from America to Canada should not take a month and a half to arrive. I will say though, the blanket was a really soft material and the pizza pattern was great. Although it was a good product, dealing with the company honestly was not worth it and I will DEFINITELY not be doing so in the future.
