Dear Dina, Thank you so much for sharing such a thoughtful review! We are so happy to hear that you are loving your sectional and that putting it together was such an easy experience. One of our favourite things about a modular design is having the freedom to rearrange it as your space and needs change, so we love that this was one of the reasons you chose Bellamia. And it is wonderful to hear that the deep seating and linen fabric are just right for your space! Thank you for choosing Bellamia Collections. We hope you enjoy your sectional for many years to come! Best wishes, Shachi Bellamia Collections

Dear Katelyn, Thank you for sharing your experience. We are very sorry to hear about the issues you have experienced with the fabric on your couch, especially after only a few months of everyday use. We are also sorry to hear that you reached out to us twice and did not receive a response. We have checked on our end and unfortunately have not been able to locate any emails from you. We would absolutely like the opportunity to look into this and help find a resolution. Could you please reach out to us through the Contact Us form on our website or email us directly at [email protected]? If you prefer, you can also give us a call using the phone number listed on our website. This will allow our team to locate your order, look into the fabric concerns, and work with you toward a resolution. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope to hear from you soon so we can make this right. Kind regards, Shachi Bellamia Collections
