First, I must say how impressed I was with the assembly of this couch. As a designer, Ive purchased sectionals from 20+ brands and this hands down was the easiest to put together and assembling couches is my pet peeve, so off that alone they get five stars. Quality was also great, soft cushions but still some firmness to it. I like a good middle ground, soft enough for it to be comfortable but firm enough for it to last overtime and the feel of the linen feels like good quality. Overall, really impressed with this piece and definitely will be using them again for future design projects! My clients have been raving about it since.

This couch was completely lumpy and pilled after two weeks. I was sent replacement cushions which are actually worse than the originals. I’ve been trying to get a replacement based on their warranty but keep getting the runaround with their emails.

Communication, customer service, delivery speed, and assembly were all fantastic! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Amazing sofa! Fits my family’s needs

I absolutely love this sofa! It’s incredibly comfortable, and the design is absolutely beautiful. The quality exceeded my expectations, and the fabric is so easy to maintain, which is a huge plus. I also love that the covers are removable, making it even more practical and easy to keep looking fresh. It’s the perfect combination of comfort, style, and quality!

UPDATED REVIEW: I had previously posted a lengthy review regarding my DELIVERY experience with CEVA logistics, Bellamia’s delivery and white glove and assembly partner here in Southern California. Obviously I have no idea what second party companies they use in other areas and states but my biggest heads up to anyone considering a Bellamia couch if you’re in Southern California is: If you are requesting assembly, be certain that both Bellamia and CEVA Logistics have acknowledged in writing that their day of delivery individuals have been notified of the need for assembly and any other logistics such as parking, a second story delivery, etc. I want to give a full acknowledgment Jann at Bellamia for reaching out to make this right, though the delivery experience was not at all their doing or fault. I appreciated her taking responsibility and wanting to make it right. We both want all future deliveries to go smoothly for anyone ordering such a fantastic couch from them. Now to the most important part: I am absolutely OBSESSED with my Bellamia couch. I have waited years before purchasing a brand new one and had a filler couch in the meantime. I needed comfort, durability, and something that complimented my modern art deco aesthetic in my LA 1920s Spanish Bungalow. It’s a lot to ask! I had previously gone to every kind of showroom possible, with brands like Joybird, RH, Cozey, C&B, West Elm, Room & Board, etc. I had even solicited sellers on Facebook Marketplace selling Anabei couches to let me come and try out their couch. Needless to say, I didn’t buy it. I was terrified to order from Bellamia without having any way to see in person or try it out. There was one specific review of a large family who had ordered a Bellamia 6+ seater velvet couch. They had several children and animals in their household, and their list of reasons of why they loved it is what sold me on ordering. Anyone in my life knows I’m very thoughtful in all of my purchases, I do a lot research, I invest in beautiful, quality pieces but I do not make any excessive fiscal decisions (aka spending five figures on a piece of furniture that’s going to have lots of foster dogs and people on it). With that in mind, things that were important to me that are likely important to you: • the comfortability of the couch; I wanted it to be supportive without being rock hard but also not too soft, and losing its shape months in. • I wanted couch cushions that weren’t too thin or thick and wouldn’t need to be fluffed or propped back up constantly from falling over. • I wanted quality structure built to last with built-in hardware that would keep the seat pieces from sliding apart. • a high performance velvet ! I especially wanted a shade of green velvet light enough to brighten the room, but dark enough to hide any kind of tarnish, dog hair, small spills or seat marks. It needed to match my art deco aesthetic. • It HAD to be pet-resilient and have removable, washable covers, and be easy to spot treat on the daily. • my last and most important feature was looking for foot rests with storage. My Bellamia couch has ALL of those things and more! It is the perfect couch, I have no notes! I still sit on it every day, in awe of how great it is and so grateful. I ordered the four seater with two storage ottoman in Sage Green.

I fell in love with this Bellamia couch for my new under-construction home. I worked with Bellamia to order sooner than I needed it to take advantage of a sale price, and they agreed to hold the shipment for me. This felt like they went above and beyond and the customer service was exceptional. When I was ready for it to ship I let them know and it arrived quickly. All that is great, but the couch is even better! Super easy to put together and exactly as pictured/what I was expecting. If you're looking for a high-end couch without the high-end price, look here!

We recently received our Bella 3 Seater + Storage Ottoman in Taupe Performance Linen, and we are honestly loving it! It’s so comfortable, feels really high-quality, and I love how it balances comfort and style. The new color is absolutely beautiful and has brought so much warmth into our space. I think it’s going to be especially nice during the cozy months coming up, but it’s still neutral enough to look beautiful and elevated all year round.
