Bellamia CollectionsReviews of bellamiacollections.com

Okay here is a review that will be helpful for anyone considering a Bellamia couch: Shipping was a nightmare. The couch took almost two months to arrive after being delayed twice… TWICE! The silver lining is that the customer service was honest and helpful and responded relatively quickly, and the couch is awesome! Depending on the couch you get, it’s absolutely not going to take 15 minutes to install. Plan for 30 minutes to 2 hours. You have to take into account the opening and removal from boxes and the elbow grease you need to push things together. Overall, I would not recommend this company UNTIL they get their logistics sorted out. It is not worth the stress and headache of not knowing when your couch will arrive or if they have “enough inventory” even though it’s in stock on their website - ridiculous. Otherwise, the Mocha Brown Performance Linen Luna L Shape + Ottoman looks and feels awesome. Assembly isn’t hard but it’s not as easy as 15 minutes. The company is legit, but I think they’re new on the scene and really need to make sure they’re couches are in stock at their logistic providers warehouse before allowing people to order.

Updating my review after Jessica from Bellamia reached out. It sounds like she was brought on to help clean up some of the operational issues that they've had with customer experience, and she was able to provide me with an update on my order and an estimated delivery time frame. She was super proactive and responsive and that made a huge difference. Will update again when I receive the product. ----- I’m sharing an honest review of my experience with Bellamia, as I still have not received the sofa I ordered. I placed my order on January 15. Before purchasing, I intentionally read existing reviews and saw multiple customers reporting communication issues prior to delivery. To avoid that situation, I contacted customer service in advance to confirm the item was in stock and would ship within the stated timeframe. I was assured that it would. After placing my order, however, I received no proactive communication at all. When the original shipping window passed with no update, I had to reach out myself on February 10 to request information. During that conversation, customer service: • Confirmed the original estimated ship window (January 20–27) had already passed • Could not provide a specific or reliable new ship date • Ultimately stated only a vague estimate of 7–10 additional business days, with no confirmation • Acknowledged that the originally provided timeline had been missed I understand that delays can happen. What is unacceptable is the complete lack of proactive communication, especially for furniture priced above $2,000. At this price point, customers should reasonably expect transparency, clear logistics updates, and accurate fulfillment timelines. Based on the number of similar reviews describing the same issue, this appears to be an ongoing operational problem that has not been meaningfully addressed. As of today, a significant amount of time has passed since my January 15 order, and I still do not have a reliable ship or delivery date. The inability of Bellamia to provide even basic fulfillment clarity is both frustrating and deeply unprofessional. I hope Bellamia takes this feedback seriously and implements meaningful improvements to customer communication, order transparency, and delivery accuracy.
