My first time going to Bella Italia and it will be the last. The restaurant was very quiet when we arrived with only 4 tables of people to serve. Our drinks took so long to come out that we had nearly finished our starters, which they had also messed up on the order. We then tried to grab the attention of the general manager for our drinks as he was standing behind the bar doing nothing, he then looked straight at us and we were completely ignored. The food tastes like it was heated up in a microwave and one of the chefs was even leaning across the counter munching away on some food. To top off the experience we asked for the bill which the waiter took as a indication to go chat with the chefs and stare into oblivion. It's so clear that management is extremely poor here and you seriuosly need to review on how your establishment is run. I won't ever be eating here again.

Not my choice but was invited for a meal,if it wasn't the worst meal I've had it came a second close !!! how can they mess up a calzone ??....a starter with sauce from a jar and 4,mushrooms plonked in the middle.....so bad it's laughable... One star is for the staff who were helpful.......avoid and spend less,eat better at a local Italian !!!

Just delicious, the pizza was soft and tasty and the ingredients taste fantastic! Staff are great too. Highly recommended this restaurant.

Went to bella italia in solihull last wednesday and won't be going there again ordered calamari and it was burnet ,i had to tell them to get me new one then the main course was cold my son ordered a pizza and we asked for it to be crispy when the waiter brought it it wasn't cooked i go to bella italia in Birmingham city often and its excellent just to say the service is good but the chef should be sacked

last night Sunday 24th January 2016. 4 of us ate at bella italia riverside Norwich, the service was great , the staff very friendly and chatty. the premises clean and comfy. the food was really tasty , we all had a 3 course meal and every dish was wonderful the steaks were exactly as ordered, the chicken spaghetti was great and the pizza with mozzarella garlic and peso was very tasty, oh forgot the starters 2 x calamari with garlic dip and one pizza bread with garlic caramelised onion etc. to share was yummy. desserts were lemonchello meringue pie which was oh so lemony , ice cream, vanilla cheesecake with mascarpone, and selection of 3 shot glass desserts which were bigger than you expect and all were great. our waitress was so friendly , we waited hardly any time in-between courses and would highly recommend will definitely be going back again .don't take our word pop along and try it you will not be disappointed.

went for a 40th birthday lunch with friend on a friday afternoon ordered 2 starters and mixed breads also 2 steaks for main with obviously a couple of large glasses of wine After sitting drinking for at least 10 mins the waitress then came back to inform me no steaks!! disappointed... 1. that we were not advised sooner, we were the only people in the restaurant!!! 2. made to pay for drinks even though we didnt finish them! 3. wrote to bella and no response whatsoever on the whole disappointing, better going to Tony Macaroni where we were well looked after and valued, free birthday glass of wine! i will never eat at Bella again.

I'm a regular at the Bella Italia in Brighton, and would definitely reccommend it to anyone. The food is reasonably priced and always delicious; the staff are friendly and attentive; and there are always a variety of good offers available to make things even more affordable. The atmosphere is welcoming and intimate as the place is quite small, with lovely decor. Signing up to their mailing list and being notified of offers is also great!
