Excellent service and a pleasant ambiance were the highlights. The food was not great. In the age of heavy discounting such as Meerkat meals one suspects that this is reflected in price and quality. The duck and mushroom pasta for instance was 97% pasta served with a light garnish of flecks of duck and vegetable. Disappointing.

The Pepperoni Roma Pizza was very dry in the Sauchiehall St restaurant, was there was a cheese strike or something? What annoyed me more than the meal was much being placed next to people when ample seats are available. It makes it Impossible to have intimate chat with your lovely when the next table can hear everything you say visa versa! This practice ensures people don’t stay long thus keeping seats available for more custom, very wrong in my opinion. I’ll not be recommending this Restaurant Chain to others.

Bella Italia Castleford Steer well clear at all cost. Absolutely rubbish food and service. Will never go back there again.

Haven't visited Bella Italia for years. Used to love it. Went today and ordered a salad. It was very tasty but very small, probably the size of a starter. It was£9.50! It was supposed to have roasted butternut squash...I assumed they would be chunks but I needed my reading glasses to find then they were so tiny! I was very hungry afterwards and if I hadn't had a voucher would have refused to pay full price. Won't be returning...

RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I CALLED CRANBOURN STREET ON FRIDAY TO ENSURE WE COULD USE VOUCHERS ON SATURDAY FOR A MEAL BOOKED FOR 4PM. THE WEBSITE CLAIMS VOUCHERS ARE NOT VALID FROM 5PM - 7PM BUT JUST WANTED TO MAKE SURE. WAS TOLD YES! GET THERE AT 4 ON SATURDAY, MANAGER SAID NO VOUCHERS ARE ACCEPTED ON A SATURDAY AND HE SIMPLY SHRUGGED HIS SHOULDERS WHEN I SAID THIS WAS NOT WHAT WE WERE TOLD ORIGINALLY. WE WALKED OUT IN DISGUST, BUT BY LOOKING AT THE FEEDBACK ON HERE, ITS NOT REALLY A SURPRISE

Staff have always been great and its a nice atmosphere to eat. Very helpful helping me to determine what i can eat (allergies) and do their best to accommodate. Food is not amazingly authentic but its passable, still tastes amazing and very filling!

Bella Itália in taplow was the place for us for breakfasts when we were working away. Every morning with out fail the service was excellent! After ordering the first time on the Monday the guy knew what we wanted as soon as we entered the days following. Highly recommended!
