visit to the Mansfield branch near the cinema. The place was deserted at lunchtime on Friday but we were greeted by very friendly staff. Our meal was lovely, piping hot and very tasty. Pudding was great too and presented with care. Will happily eat here again

Visited Bella Italia, Center Parcs Longleat. The worst welcome ever experienced. Host sharp and rude. Didn’t explain the rules for wearing masks in the restaurant until I asked. She gave out menus but forgot to give us the children’s menu. I returned to reception to ask her for the menu and she was rude saying sharply, “I gave them to you” - she didn’t!! Order took a long time to arrive but the food was overall good quality and tasty. Child’s pizza over cooked. Overall, poor customer service; host requires training perhaps.

Great time in Bella at Leicester meridian. Great food, great service and really friendly. Will 100% be going back.

I book a table with almost 2 weeks a head for my wedding aniversary. with 1 day before to receive an email that they cancel my reservation. try to explain that to my wife:( very nice.

The food is more like okay but I was disappointed by the service. 1 more star just for the fact I didn't die from hunger.

I loved this food so much. It is affordable and delicious. Amazing for young adults who wanted to eat cheaply for good food.

Not really about the restaurant but I ordered from Bella at Home because I love the restaurant so much and wanted my father to have an authentic Italian meal for Father's Day. Unfortunately, a week later, it has still not arrived. The Company has my money and evidence that they have my money but all has gone quiet on the that front. So a warning from me about Bella at Home and maybe a prompt to the Company that you owe me a Father's Day meal for 2.
